1. Returns

SERVICES –  No refunds will be issued for services rendered. Any service concerns or redo requests must be communicated within 3 days of the appointment

PRODUCTS – Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be returned:

  • Personalised/custom items
  • Worn or damaged products
  • Clearance/sale items
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

3. Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

6. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping/courier costs unless the return is due to our error.
